Definitions

• "Equipment": Includes the inflatable nightclub and any accompanying items, such as lighting and sound systems.

• "Event": Refers to the occasion for which the Equipment is rented.

• "Rental Period": Denotes the agreed-upon timeframe for Equipment usage.

Booking and Reservations

• Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and require receipt of a deposit.

• Deposits must be submitted within 24 hours of booking acceptance to secure the reservation.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 5 days prior to the Event Date.

Pricing and Payment Terms

• Rental prices are as stated on our website or as provided in official quotes.

• Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 5 or more days before the Event Date: A full refund of the deposit will be provided.

• Cancellations made less than 5 days before the Event Date: The deposit is non-refundable.

Safety and Usage Guidelines

• Clients must adhere to all safety instructions provided by Inflated Nights Party Rentals LLC.

• Alterations to the Equipment or use beyond its intended purpose are strictly prohibited.

Liability and Indemnification

• Inflated Nights Party Rentals LLC is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Equipment.

• Clients agree to indemnify and hold Inflated Nights Party Rentals LLC harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from non-compliance with these terms.

Damages

• Clients are responsible for damages to the Equipment that exceed normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

Weather Policy

• If severe weather prevents the safe operation of the Equipment, Inflated Nights Party Rentals LLC reserves the right to cancel the rental and issue a full deposit refund.

Permits and Permissions

• Clients are responsible for securing all necessary permits, permissions, or approvals for their Event.

Amendments

• Inflated Nights Party Rentals LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the state of New Mexico.
