How do I book an inflatable nightclub for my event?
Its easy! Just submit an inquiry from our “BOOK NOW” tab at the top of the page and we will get back to you shortly.
Once booking is confirmed we will require a deposit of 25%. The remaining balance is due five days prior to event date.
 
How far in advance do I need to book?
To ensure we can meet your needs and provide the best experience, we suggest booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance. This allows us to confirm availability and customize the rental for your event.
If you're planning with less notice, don't hesitate to reach out and check availability — we may still be able to accommodate you based on our schedule.
Booking early is particularly important during busy times like summer weekends, holidays, and year-end celebrations, when demand is higher. By reserving early, you'll secure your preferred date and have peace of mind.

What is included in the setup and take down?
Set Up and Take Down for Rentals:

  • Inflatable Nightclub (Club IN):

    • Setup includes: Inflating the nightclub, lights, fog machine, and sound system.

    • Take down includes: Deflating the nightclub and packing away all equipment.

  • Concessions:

    • Setup includes: Preparing the machine for use so you can make and serve food.

    • Take down includes: Packing up the machine and equipment.

    • Machines must be returned in the same condition as when set up.

  • Slumber Party Tents:

    • Full setup, styled and tailored to the theme agreed upon with the renter.

  • Inflatable Projector Screen:

    • Setup includes: Blowing up and setting up the projector screen.

    • WIFI and/or preloaded USB is required for movie streaming.

  • Tables and Chairs:

    • Delivered to the party site for the renter to set up.

    • Must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.

What areas do you rent to?
We offer rentals in Albuquerque and within a 50-mile radius. For events outside this area, we can accommodate your needs for a fee of $2 per mile.

How long does it take to set up and dismantle the inflatable nightclub?
It typically takes 1 hour to set up and 1 hour to dismantle.

Do I need to provide anything for setup?
A flat, clean area free of debris is required for setup. Any additional requirements will be discussed at time of booking.

Do we have to keep inflatables plugged in the entire time?
Yes, all inflatables require continuous airflow from the blower to stay inflated. If unplugged, it will deflate. For this reason, we ask that an outlet be available within 50 feet of the unit or that a generator is provided. To avoid circuit breakers tripping, we bring our own heavy-duty extension cords.

What types of surfaces can you set up on?
We can set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete. However, we are unable to set up on rocky surfaces. Please note, slumber party tents are for indoor use only.

Are the Inflatable Nightclubs Air Conditioned and Heated?
We offer portable air conditioners and heaters as add-ons for an additional fee. Since these units have high power consumption, we recommend using a separate circuit breaker to prevent power outages.

Am I responsible if the unit gets torn or damaged in any way?
Normal wear and tear on our units is not your responsibility. However, if damage occurs due to neglect or failure to follow safety guidelines, you will be liable for the cost of repairs or replacement of the unit, blower, and any other included equipment.
